We perform an extensive search in all available patent databases available and obtain all the information about patents so far filed around the world in relation to our client’s work (invention) and provide technical assistance to our clients with respect to changes which could be made for obtaining a patent.
Infringement
Analysis
Infringement analysis is done to determine whether someone else is stepping over our clients exclusive right of patent which is granted to him/her.
Analysis is done to also determine the extent of infringement and what legal action can be brought up against the infringer.
Patent Validity /
Invalidity Search
Patent validity search determines whether the patent concerned is valid for protection under patent rules or not. Such patent could be that of our client himself or that of someone else who is found to be infringing exclusive rights of our client. Legal action is determined in such cases to protect clients rights.
